David is known and respected for his personal, professional, and proactive approach to helping his clients find Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate. With quality service and hands-on guidance, he navigates his customers through the intricate New York City market, adhering to their specific needs.

The market insight David provides his customers is complemented by an architectural awareness and aesthetic sensibility honed through his studies at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. A graduate of the AAU with a B.A. in Interior Architecture, David worked in this field for a number of years and enjoyed much success.  He then made the transition to managing restaurants in New York City before finally embarking on the path towards a career in the real estate profession.  As a current resident of Brooklyn and a former resident of Manhattan, David is well versed in all Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods, and is enthusiastic to work with customers who are renting, buying, or selling properties at all price levels.

David was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I had some very specific apartment search criteria for our ideal space. He was patient, professional and eager to help us find an ideal apartment. David was also very flexible with his time. He lined up a number of apartments for us on very short notice and always seemed ready to meet when we were available to view listings. We could not have ask for anything more in an agent.
